Book One: The Legless Wellie
The Bumble and Grumpkin story is a six-book series, featuring characters that have all the appearance of animals whilst being fully and completely human. Episode one is titled The Legless Wellie. Here we meet a miniature badger called Bumble, a white rat named Grumpkin, and Mr. Black, who all feature prominently as the story progresses over the coming books. The Legless Wellie tells of the initial encounter between two small animals who meet under the most unusual of circumstances, soon leading to a friendship between the unlikely pair. Our opening episode ends with the new comrades vowing to join together to seek out a life full of excitement and adventure...
However, if this escapade is anything to go by, then the path ahead of them will be anything but smooth!
You might have guessed already that the story is hard to read with a straight face, and as it's intended for readers of all ages, adults too are invited to immerse themselves in the action and enjoy a jolly good laugh!

AVAILABILITY
The Legless Wellie is now available to buy through Amazon and other retailers, in both hardback and paperback versions. The RRP for the paperback is £5.99, and for the hardback, £9.99. An e-version is also available to purchase from internet sources such as lybrary.com, at £2.09. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to produce an audio version of the book, if possible by the end of the year (price and other details to follow).

Book Two: The Half-eth of May
The Half-eth of May tells what happens when Bumble and Grumpkin find themselves transported into another form of present time. They were yearning for a life of adventure, but now that they've actually stumbled into one, how are they going to cope?
This book is currently being illustrated, but because of the extra work involved in the spin-off "Grump-a-log" website (and resulting books), more time is now needed to complete this task. it is hoped that it will be ready for release in 2019.
